Meet our TMOTY 2017-2018 Ronnie Giandzi

On our first meeting of July 2018 we crowned our newest recipient of CVTM Toastmaster of the Year to Ronnie Giandzi.

Ronnie had an amazing year and is a truly deserved recipient.  Here are some of the reasons our members voted for Ronnie.

1. Ronnie has run the gavel club for a year very successfully and shows her commitment to it every week.

2. Ronnie ran the Speechcraft course at our venue last November, which had never been done before. We gained 2 members from that course and sent 2 more to CIL Toastmasters.

3. Her confidence has grown immensely this year and she has shown a great desire to complete her DTM in 2 year’s time.

4. She has achieved her CL this year, is very close on completing her ACB and ALB and is working on her HPL by volunteering to co-ordinate the 500^th meeting committee.

5. She mentors members every week after each meeting.

6. She helped start a new club in the city at her workplace.
