6:30pm Sergeant-at-Arms Calls meeting to order, introduces guests, introduces Toastmaster.
6:31pm Toastmaster Opens the meeting, welcomes everyone, introduces the agenda and the first speaker.
6:33pm Inspiration A member gives a short story, tale or event to set a positive tone for the meeting.
6:35pm Table Topics Master Explains Table Topics and theme. Conducts Table Topics session which gives members the opportunity to practice impromptu speaking skills.
6:47pm Tonic A member gives a short inspirational story to the meeting.
6:49pm Table Topics Evaluation Evaluators provide constructive feedback in oral and written form. Evaluations are highly encouraging and provide a positive learning experience for all.
6:55pm Project Speech A Speaker presents a prepared speech from their Toastmasters International Education Path.
7:03pm Speech Evaluation An Evaluator provides constructive feedback in oral and written form. Evaluations are highly encouraging and provide a positive learning experience for all.

7:37pm Highlights & Phrases The Grammarian gives us the top phrases of the night as well as some needed correction of grammar and then a highlight of the night The Grammarian reports on good use of grammar and grammatical errors.
7:40pm Evaluate the Evaluators An Evaluator evaluates the Table Topics Evaluator and the Speech Evaluators.
7:46pm Timer The Timer records the length of each person’s speech and provides a visual sign to the speaker that allotted time is about to expire. Toastmasters speeches and reports are carefully planned to fit specific time periods. The Timer reports the speech time periods to the meeting.
7:48pm General Evaluation The General Evaluator evaluates all those that have not yet been evaluated.
7:56pm Toastmaster hands over to the President to close the meeting The President thanks guests for attending and allows them to comment if they wish. President closes the meeting.
