Canning Vale hosted the Area finals for Table Topics & Humorous speech contests on October the 19th. A huge crowd watched our own, Mike Palmer, win the Table Topics contest with the question “With halloween approaching do you celebrate or ignore this”. In the Humorous contest, Stephanie Chan from Southern River won with her speech “007” where she warned everyone that despite her small stature, you do not mess with her.

Mike Palmer from Canning Vale & Stephanie Chan from Southern River will represent Area W16 in the Western Division final on Sat 6th Nov.
